Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate program information, deadlines, instructions, and materials required for service completion.
  • Respond to review requests and project questions in a timely manner.
  • Use delivered documents, reports, and files for lawful business or education-related purposes.

Project Scope and Payments

Each engagement is based on an approved proposal, invoice, written agreement, or project scope. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees. Payments may be required before work begins, at milestones, or upon completion depending on the service arrangement.

Service Fulfillment

All education program administration, consulting, reporting, coordination, digital documentation, and operational support deliverables are provided through email communication, scheduled meetings, written reports, digital files, approved project milestones, and agreed service timelines.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our services require planning, administrative preparation, scheduling, research, digital setup, and staff time, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.

  • Refunds may be considered when a service has not started and no project-specific cost has been incurred.
  • Completed services, consulting sessions, prepared documents, delivered reports, digital files, and third-party costs are generally non-refundable.
  • Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing with the client name, service purchased, invoice number if available, and reason for cancellation.
  • Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment method and financial institution.
